How to work with us
​Get in touch
Step 1
Book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call and discuss with us what support you need. Alternatively, you can complete the enquiry form, and we get back to you with an estimated quote and send a proposal with a list of tasks and responsibilities we can take over if we think we can help.
Orientation
Step 2
Once accepted, we'll ask you to complete our Onboarding questionnaire, where we collect all relevant information such as your current policies and procedures, availability, area of expertise, fees, etc. We will require you to provide us with all the needed access to your practice system and admin email during this stage.
